Idrotech misting system refreshes Venice Airport passengers

The company managing Marco Polo international Airport in Venice have chosen Idrobase Group as technical partner for the construction of a cooling system for the canopies connecting parking lots with the airport. The management of the Venetian Airport has chosen to provide passengers with a particular comfort during the summer months, when the outside temperature can be particularly high.  

The misting system has been built by Idrotech, Idrobase Group brand dedicated to the industrial misting design. This system is managed through a central station where pump and electric panel have been placed. The spray line is 218 meters long, with 252 nozzles and 4 fans installed. The plant comes into operation when there are more than 27°C, the system activity is regulated with 10 seconds work and 10 seconds pause schedule.
