There is
a group of elephants in China. It is not about pachyderms but powerful fog makers that left from Idrobase
Group headquarters to reach the far province of Shanxi situated at the boundaries of Mongolia where a coal mine is placed.
The aim was that of removing dust caused by the coal
handling and by passage of road vehicles in an area of about 32.000 square
feet affected by the works. So, 7 “Fog makers” cannons have been placed on
strategic points in the area to be treated. Ten-meter high plants with a 320°
angular rotation, each able to cover an area of 11.000 square feet with a
micronized water jet reaching 60-meter distance. These are only some of the
technical data of the “Fog makers” elephants which deliver micro water drops in the air making dust particles heavier so
they fall down to the ground cleaning the air. The quantity of water
delivered depends on the type and quantity of dust, usually it is used the
  least amount of water.
The order, which has a huge economic value, is of special
importance because it proves Idrobase Group’s ability as exporter (93 countries in portfolio) also in
countries such as China where the market usually dictates an opposite trend
  of orders.
