Humi Extra is a humidification system specially developed to preserve the freshness of fruit, vegetables, fish and flowers. The nebulised water, filtered and sterilized, which is sprayed
on the counters through nozzles arranged along a steel or polyamide line, rehydrates the food produce, preventing dehydration and reducing weight loss. The new control panel allows for quick and accurate setting of the work times and management of the connected optional probes.

It can be combined with Sani Fog fisso.
