company getting more social and ready to communicate with its own customers
and with the network - stakeholders. This is Idrobase Group which three years
ago chose its own YouTube
– video channel to promote the company’s image, products, fairs, events that
have taken place in this period.
There are 99 videos in the channel which received about 100.000
views. Not bad for a technical channel. Catalogues and brochures of the
different Idrobase Group brands are ready for the download from Issuu where the whole virtual
library with all company’s publications is loaded. Images of the products for
professional use have been inserted on Flickr.
But on Facebook and Twitter, too, there are channels used by Idrobase Group to search the
interaction with its own public.
