A recognition of loyalty

Loyalty is one of the values promoted by Idrobase Group during over thirty years of activity.
The company has in fact always paid special attention to those who, day after day, with their work, make their contribution to the success of the group's activities. In this regard, there is a small but significant award, which Bruno Ferrarese and Bruno Gazzignato, owners and founders of Idrobase Group, give to every employee who achieves a precise milestone in seniority. The award is given for the first time to the achievement of 5 years of activity in the company and is renewed after every five-year period. Idrobase team shares the moment of delivery of these awards in a suggestive moment of the traditional end-of-year dinner. This time the congratulations are up to 7 people:
